May 30th, 2013

Well today is going good. My next protein I am going to try is Nectar Ice Tea, I can not believe I am
getting burned out on the chocolate flavor. I like that it is low calorie and has 23 grams of protein.
I do need to up my calories I am under a 1000. My Shake this am was one scoop of Chocolate truffle,
a cup of milk and a 1 tbsp. of peanut butter.

Lunch: I will have Chile Relleno from last night and they were good 1 is a 133 calories, 10 grams of
protein.

Dinner: I am hoping my husband and I can go out to eat this is my first time going out to eat since
surgery.

But I do love having the band.

I am keeping a paper journal of my calories and protein so I don't go over my calories. I am excited about trying a new recipe I find on band friendly recipes
It is called chile Pie. I will let everyone know how it is. The recipe was awesome it was 2 thumbs up it is a keeper, the rest I will portion them out.
