Keeping a food log

I am working on keeping a food journal and a exercise log. I am going to the gym tonight.
I am happy I did finally drop 6 pounds so now I am at my original stand still weight. Now I am intending to up my work out so I can finally make it to onderland.

Tomorrow is the support group for patient at the practice who did my surgery. And on a sad note the
Dr. who did my surgery is leaving, to advance his career in bariatric practice to help us past patient and new patients to have a life time of success. Dr. Liao will be missed. I am going to try a new recipe this week. If it turns out to be a good dish I will post the pictures and recipes.

I have been eating a lot of Morning Star veggie burgers for lunch and they are good.
I also love the crumbles.
