Top ten things to love about fall

Since the seasons are changing again I thought why not do something about fall. So here are the top ten reason to love fall.

1.Watching the leaves change colors.

2. The weather is getting cooler.

3. Halloween and trick or treating.

4. Holiday shopping.

5. Pumpkin flavors for cooking.

6. Fall plants.

7. Bonfires, roasting marshmallow.

8. Holiday parties.

9. Spending time with family.

10. The best is Deer Season.

Those are some of the reason I love fall. What are some of the things you like about fall.

Stress ful week

Well this week has been stressful. I need to get back on track. I will need to up my work out
so I can lose more weight. It is so frustrating when you hear all the stories of people losing weight
fast and I feel like I am stuck with losing it slow.  I know it is a process and I need to keep my
focus on the small picture.

I am going to go walking this week end in the evening and I am going to try and  a little jogging to my weekend workout. I need to remember that I need to take life and stress one step at a time.
Hopefully I will have a better week next week.

Lost and found product

I am so happy to find this product again.


 
This is awesome if you are in the mood for brownie.
All you need is 2 tbsp. of brownie mix
                         1tbsp of yogurt I have used different variety of yogurt.
Then mix up brownie mix and heat in microwave for 50 seconds.
I have also added sugar free syrup to give it different flavor.

Back to the gym

Well last week did not make it to the gym. I did go last nigh with a friend who needed a work out buddy. So last night we went to Golds Gym and It was like walking in a steroid factory. The men and some of the women looked like the got hit with a steroid bus.

I will weigh in on Thursday, I was wanting to go to the gym tonight but a friend of my son killed a deer and I am having my sister come up and help me butcher the deer for her and her family.
I am getting excited to lose weight I am still wanting to go horse back riding when I lose 11 pounds.
I am still hooked on hot wings it is like I can not get enough of them. My family is going to go on strike if I keep this up.
But at least it is protein. I am also on the look out for "no pudge brownies mix" they are so easy to make and you can make one serving per person instead of the whole box. As soon as I get a box I will post a picture of the box and what it looks like.

Support group

Well at my support group on Tuesday we had a few new people who had the band and a couple of people who are thinking of getting the band. Well we were discussing the pros and cons of the band.

Well the final conclusion of the discussion we band patient would do this again. I love my band, I would do it all over. It does let me know when I eat too much, it is my reminder that I have this tool to help me lose the weight. I know with the sleeve or the bypass I can stretch both of them. But with the band I know It puts a stop on my eating.

So yes I love my band and would not change it.

Busy weekend

Well this weekend has been busy, we painted our grandson bedroom, and went running some errands.
I did pick up some protein bars and got a sample of Nectar Kiwi / Strawberry flavor to try for my drink.
I do know I can not eat in the morning as soon as I get up, so I have to wait a hour to eat. That okay I have a good restriction so I am happy.
I do have a support group on Tuesday so I am looking forward to going, I love hearing about ideas and how everyone is doing.
But I am still craving hot wings it is like I can not get enough hot wings, but at least there a good source of protein.
