New stats

Well October 17th I got a fill of 1cc of fluid in my band. I wanted to let everyone know my stats:
When I started I Dec 4, 2012 Well the dates.

12/4/12  261 pounds
May 10 2013 surgery date 254
First fill 6/14/13   234
2nd fill 8/21/13     218
3rd fill  10/17/13  211

Well I think it is going good. My personal trainer has also bumped up my work out.
Tonight I would go to the gym but I am taking time to paint pumpkins with my 3 year old
grandson. I will do my Jillian Micheals Wii game to get In a exercise.
Now I hope to be below 200 when I go back for my next fill.

Fiber Smart

I went out a bought a container of Fiber Smart to try and more fiber to my diet. I bought the unflavored and I love the fact that it does dissolve perfectly in my drinks. And there is no after taste
to this product. It seems to also help me feel fuller, I drink this 40 minutes before I eat.

I am also trying to push my water to make sure I get my 100 ounces a day. But I need to up my fiber they say it is good for digestive health and helps maintain cholesterol level. So I am happy to say give Fiber Smart a try and see how good it works for you.

Truth Tuesday.

                                                   Well today is Truth Tuesday.

Well my truth is I need to be a better blogger. I have been lax in keeping up with my blog.
I am going to try and do better. I have pushed my work out up. My personal trainer has upped
my work out. I am also working on my core witch is fun. Tonight I am going to take a walk around my neighborhood. Tonight is fish night for me.

Hump Day Wednesday

Well I got my fluid in yesterday did my exercise routine. Well today I get to go home and deal with my son put up a new screen door.
I am reading a new book called "The Mistress Mistake" It so far turning out to be a good book.
I love to read on my nook, tonight I am going to try and hook up the WI
to my tv upstairs so I can at least get a work out in at home.

I will have to try Jillian Wi Fit.

Goal Tuesday

Well I am making Tuesday Goal Day.

My goal today for the week till next Tuesday is to Drink more fluid. I will push 100 oz of fluid.
Witch means more potty breaks but that is ok with me.

I am also going to start posting other things that will keep me on track like books I want to read. witch will be my goal rewards.

So what is your goal for this week?

So far I got 3 of my 8 oz of liquid, by 10:41.

Food

Well last night went to dinner with a good friend, we went to Ihop I had a salsa chicken omelet and it was really good. Well one thing about this kind of surgery when you go out to or your at home you have to pay more attention to what you eat. We spent time talking and visiting with each other.

I am also hooked on spice chicken Cesar salad from Wendy's. I am also going to try and make a new recipe this week. Once I know I will post my idea or where I got it and post pictures.
