My weekend went wonderful. We went to a carnival and I did not get the funnel cake. I felt really good about not getting it. To keep my self from the cake I went to a silent auction.
Now Sunday evening I did make a awesome quiche and it is so good. I also went walking and I even did some yard work. I just have to keep my self busy.

I have appointment on Wednesday with the surgeon, I wonder if I will get a fill, witch will be the first. And I will get weighed in. I am going to write down recipe for quiche, but before I do I want to
get nutrition information before I post and get some pictures.
